Well, we should have been on the trail on March 3rd. Unfortunately, my hiking partner was in a bicycle accident and broke a few ribs and punctured both lungs two weeks before our start date.
On March 4th I made a drive down to Campo to meet and greet hikers that we may have been hiking with. Hopefully, we will get on the trail sometime later in the hiking season.
